hey everyone, i apologize profoundly for the lack of postage! university is insanely busy, if that's an excuse... but highlights / random moments from my life in the past two months: sunset from my university room window, christmas bop (disco-typed dress-up party thing), my college and the first snow in cambridge, my new blackberry♥, foggy / snowy paris, french student way of life, le louvre.

soooo i'm in the midst of freshers' week at cambridge, not posting much as it's so damn busy here! but because i've just started law, i deemed a subject-dedicated post necessary=)

i heart lace

having fun with the flash. it was actually surprisingly warm in prague today... and now it is 2 minutes past midnight, which means one week till cambridge=)

hraní s bleskem. dnes bylo v praze překvapivě teplo... a teď jsou 2 minuty po půlnoci, což znamená, že mi zbývá jeden týden před cambridgí=)

hehe little giggle. i swear i didn't mean to buy the wet-look leggings, but the mesh detail on the sides (that you can't see in the pictures above) totally sold me on them. and my new amazingly gigantic handbag has proven exceptionally competent, especially when it comes to chucking my huge camera and flash (metz 48, for those who asked) in in emergency situations.

hehe menší úsměv. opravdu jsem neměla v úmyslu si koupit ty wet-look legíny, ale ten síťový detail po stranách (který není na těchto fotkách vidět) mě naprosto přesvědčil. a moje nová úžasně obrovská kabelka, která je mimořádně kompetentní, například když do ní v nouzi musím hodit svůj objemný foťák a blesk (metz 48 - pro ty co se ptali).

excuse the outfit that has nothing to do on a fashion / photography blog, but i'm sick and needed to try out my BRAND NEW FLASH UNIT (fellow photographers will understand the nirvana-like feelings i am experiencing right now). other than that, i am spending time at my sewing machine trying to approximate clothes i can't afford instead of doing preliminary reading for law school. go me.

omluvte ten outfit, který nemá co dělat na blogu o módě / fotografování, ale jsem nemocná a musela jsem vyzkoušet svůj ZBRUSU NOVÝ BLESK (ostatní fotografové budou chápat moje nadšení). jinak trávím čas u šicího stroje a snažím se napodobit oblečení, které si nemůžu dovolit místo toho, abych se zajímala o předběžnou četbu na práva. ach jo.

sorryyy - shame on me for such a blog-post void last week, but i do have a good excuse... it was my birthday on the 3rd, so i was celebrating. also, it was prague's first fashion weekend this a couple of days ago, although (and it may be because i didn't go to the best shows) i cannot say i was mightily inspired...

promiňteee - to, že sem poslední týden vůbec nepíšu, je ostuda, ale mám dobrou výmluvu... měla jsem 3. září narozeniny, tak jsem slavila. tento víkend byl v praze víkend módy, i když musím říct (a může to být jen tím, že jsem nebyla na správných přechlídkách), že mě to moc nenadchlo...

this is such a lazy outfit post. but i think i was more interested in the photography aspect... i really wish i had a model at home, whom i could just store in a closet and pull out when needed=)

tohle oblečení mám na sobě tak trochu z lenosti. ale myslím si, že mě víc zajímají ty fotky samy o sobě... chtěla bych mít doma - třeba ve skříni - modelku, kterou bych mohla v případě potřeby vytáhnout a použít=)
